Community Education Marshall Community Services, a joint program of the City of Marshall and Marshall Public School District offers many short term, recreational classes open to everyone in the community. From CPR certification, to financial planning and investments, to cooking and crafts offerings, there is a class for all interests. Community Services brochures are distributed in May, August, and December. Additional brochures are available from the Community Services office located in City Hall, 344 West Main, or at the Chamber office, 317 West Main.
