Postal Services Prior to your move, obtain a free change of address kit from your post office and notify your post office, correspondents and magazine publishers of your change of address as soon as possible. The Marshall Post Office has first class, express mail and overnight delivery. The Post Office window is open from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 8:30 AM until 11 AM on Saturday.
